You will also receive an email notification as soon as your booking is confirmed, for bookings created via web or via the app.
If you booked via the app, you will receive a "Push Notification". We highly suggest having these turned ON in the notification setting of your app as well.
If the booking is created via phone call or website, you will receive an SMS notification about your request.
Once you received another SMS with the name of the servive provider(s) and the exact time he/ she/ they will be there, it means it is confirmed.
