Vaccination isn't required to use our platform. However, if vaccination is required by law in your state or territory to provide or receive an in-home service:

  • It is the client’s responsibility to be vaccinated prior to making a booking
  • It is the provider’s responsibility to be vaccinated prior to accepting a booking

If either party cannot provide proof of vaccination or have a legal medical exemption when it’s required by law, they may be liable for the full cancellation or abandonment fee.

For Clients

Updating your COVID-19 vaccination status


Blys mobile app

  1. Log into your Blys account on your iOS or Android device
  2. Open the menu by tapping on the profile image in the top left corner
  3. Tap the profile image again to go to your Account Details
  4. Scroll down to COVID-19 vaccination status and check "I confirm I’ve received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine"





Blys website

  1. Go to app.getblys.com.au and log into your Blys account
  2. Click on your profile image in the top left corner
  3. Scroll down to COVID-19 vaccination status and check "I confirm I’ve received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine"





Updating your recipient's COVID-19 vaccination status

  1. Log into your Blys account on your iOS or Android device
  2. Open the menu by tapping on the profile image in the top left corner
  3. Tap Recipients to go to your Saved recipients
  4. Tap Edit on the recipient you wish to update
  5. Scroll down to COVID-19 vaccination status and check "I confirm the recipient has received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine"
