Will my completion rate be affected if I abandon a job for more than 24 hours?

Yes. 

This doesn't apply to couples jobs where the 2nd therapist hasn't been confirmed yet.

Another exception would be if the abandonment fee from your account has been waived due to a valid reason, your completion rate won't be affected. The completion rate will be restored to its previous value before you abandoned the job.

If your completion rate drops below 80%, our platform automatically puts your account on hold for our team to review your account.
