Equipment:
- Professional teeth whitening kit (preferably from our partner company PureSmile.
- Hygiene products such as surgical masks and gloves
- Smart and professional clothing or branded Blys top (optional)
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android)
Documentation:
- Relevant qualification or 6 months professional experience
- Registered Business Number and ABN or Australian Business Number, or NZBN in New Zealand
- Your own Public Liability Insurance - What type of insurance do I need?
- National Police Check Certificate - How can I apply for a Police Check?
- A photo of your state-issued photo ID
