Should you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so either from the mobile app or web app but before you proceed with the cancellation, you might incur a fee subject to the Client Cancellation Policy.



Via App

  • Log in to your Blys account.
  • Go to the 'Upcoming' page on your app and select the booking that you wish to cancel.
  • Tap View or edit booking then, select Cancel booking






  • Select your reason from the dropdown list
  • Click Submit

Via Web


  • Log in to your Blys account.
  • Go to Bookings --> Upcoming
  • Select Cancel booking






  • Select your reason from the dropdown list




  • Select "Confirm"




Read the Client Cancellation Policy.




You may find your canceled bookings under your "Past bookings" page either in the client or web app.
