How does Blys Telehealth Service work for Clients?

Modified on Tue, 03 Aug 2021 at 11:48 AM

How it works

Blys Telehealth services allow clients to book private consultations or sessions with qualified health & wellness practitioners from the comfort and safety of your home.

The sessions are delivered via video-calls.

Similar to our in-person bookings, clients can choose the date & time of their sessions. We will then confirm your practitioner and send you a confirmation notification (via SMS, email or the Blys app) with a link to your video-call. You simply need to follow the video link to connect with your practitioner few minutes before the scheduled session start time.

At the end of your session, your practitioner will end the session, and you will receive your receipt for the services you received from your practitioner. Payments are made securely & in advance through Blys. You can use a variety of payment options including Credit Card, PayPal, ApplePay and Afterpay for your sessions.

If you'd like to rebook your instructor / practitioner, you can easily do this from the Blys app or from your web account.

What you need

You only need a decent internet connection + a laptop or a smartphone that has a mic & camera so you can connect with your practitioner online via a video-call.

For yoga and fitness services, you'll need enough space to fit a yoga mat so you can follow your practitioner's instructions.

For mental wellness services such as mindfulness and coaching and counselling, we recommend a quiet and a private space to ensure you're away from the distractions and can discuss personal topics with your practitioner.
