There are a few ways to do that;




Rebook one of your previous service providers


If you’re a returning customer and want to rebook one of your previous Blys professionals, you have the option on our website or mobile app to “Rebook” the same professional from one of your previous bookings. Here's how you can do that: How to rebook a service provider




Book a service provider recommended to you by someone else


If you already know who you want (e.g. if a service provider has been recommended to you by a friend), you can simply book that therapist directly from his/her therapist profile page. Simply ask your friend to share their therapist's profile page with you by recommending a service provider to their friends


Alternatively, you can provide the service provider's name in the "Notes" section of your booking. They'll be able to see your note and confirm your booking if they're available.




Search for available service providers in your area


If you're a new Blys customer who never booked before, you can simply place a booking request via the Blys website or mobile app and we'll match you with the best service provider available based on your preferences as provided during the booking process (e.g. service provider's gender, treatment type, your preferred date & time, booking location...etc.). If you'd like to get matched with another service provider, you can simply cancel your booking and make another booking request. (Please note cancellations fees may apply.)



Alternatively, you can view all available service providers in your area and book your preferred practitioner from their profile page.
