We’re are extremely diligent about our selection & vetting process, as well as the massage therapists we accept to join Blys.


Our vetting process consists of;

  • Checks on documentation;
    • Qualification (Cert IV or Diploma of Remedial Massage)
    • Public Liability Insurance
    • National Police Check
  • Initial phone-screening,
  • Follow-up onboarding session, in-person with one of our head therapists where we spend 2 hours per therapist to do an assessment on;
    • Equipment
    • Professionalism
    • Massage Technique (yep, we get massages to verify!)


We interview each therapist and make sure they meet the ‘Blys Standards’ to provide you with the best home massage experience in every city we operate. 


Once a therapist joins our platform, we then use the in-app Client Rating & Review system to monitor and to maintain the highest level of service quality.


This rigorous process ensures that you get the best customer service and experience every time you book a massage through Blys.


As a result of our focus on trust & safety of our community of clients and therapists, we're proud to say that out of 10,000s of bookings completed to date, there hasn't been a single claim or charge with regards to safety.
