    • Registered business details (e.g. business number, name and address registered with the government)
  • Initial phone-screening,
  • Follow-up session where do an assessment on;
    • Equipment
    • Professionalism
    • Technique

We interview each therapist and make sure they meet the ‘Blys Standards’ to provide their clients with the best home massage & wellness experience in every city we operate.

Once a professional joins our platform, we then use the in-app Client Rating & Review system to monitor and to maintain the highest level of service quality.

Although the practitioners are solely responsible for providing the services to you, this rigorous process ensures that you get the best customer service and experience every time you book a massage & other wellness services through Blys.

In addition, health service providers in states where a Code of Conduct applies, are subject to General Health Services Code of Conduct.
