I've accepted & completed a job that required health fund rebate, but I don't have it. What happens?

As per our terms (see Software License Agreement), once you accept a booking, you’re contractually bound to the client to provide the service as specified by the client in the booking.

If the client had specified his/her health fund requirement in the booking, and you accepted that booking request & provided the service despite not being a provider for the client's health fund, you will have to cover the gap amount that would otherwise be paid for by the client’s health fund. This is to ensure your client is not in a disadvantaged position and out of pocket because of your mistake.

To avoid this situation and other disputes in the future, we highly recommend that you read the job details, especially the special instructions carefully before you accept and deliver your service.
