There are 2 ways to sign up to be a service provider or a wellness professional on Blys.
1. Download the Blys Pro app directly onto your phone via these links below & sign up from the app:
2. Sign up via our website.
After signing up, complete your profile by selecting your services / modalities, uploading your documents, and adding your personal and business details.
These are the documents you’ll need to send to provider-success@getblys.com / upload to your account:

| Acupuncture | Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) |
| Traditional Chinese Massage | Diploma of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or equivalent |
- Relevant Qualifications or 6 months of experience in Beauty Services
- Public Liability Insurance - What type of insurance do I need?
- Registered Business Number and ABN or Australian Business Number
- A photo of your state-issued photo ID
- Police Check Certificate - How can I apply for a Police Check
- Profile Photo - How do I upload my photo on the app and what are the guidelines?
(Note: It's best you complete your profile via our website as your web account has more features. The app & the website has the same login details.)
After we have received all of your documents, a representative from our Provider Success Team will contact you for your onboarding session.
Successful providers will then be given access to our platform. Our team will activate your account immediately after completing the documents.

- Valid state-issued cosmetology license (Cosmetology)
- Acupuncture - Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture)
- Traditional Chinese Massage - Diploma of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or equivalent
- Your Professional Liability Insurance policy
- A photo of your state-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport).
- A recent profile image is to be uploaded to your Blys provider account.

- Certificates of qualification related to massage therapy for each treatment (min Level 3)
- Acupuncture - Relevant qualification in Acupuncture and member of the British Acupuncture Council
- Traditional Chinese Massage - Diploma of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or equivalent
- Government photo ID (Passport, driver's license, or student card)
- DBS certificate (background check within 12 months)
- Public Liability Insurance
