No phone calls, no cash payments, no stress about finding the right practitioner or making the journey to the clinic and back. Clients simply make their booking online on our website or mobile app – and get matched almost instantly with one of the available practitioners.
After going through the application and onboarding process, successful practitioners are given access to our therapist app where they receive notifications for new jobs from new clients or rebooking requests from their regular clients.
Blys makes life a lot easier for its therapists as well, by handling the less-exciting aspects of your practice (marketing, scheduling, payments, invoicing, customer service, ongoing support and workshops, insurance, and admin work), so that you can concentrate on what you love doing – your practice. To be able to provide you our platform and services, we charge a small fee for every booking.
To avoid doubt & to highlight the automated nature of our operations, the process involving making bookings by clients, notifying therapists, confirming appointments and payments and invoices, are all automated and handled by the Blys platform. Blys does not manually manage the bookings unless we're required to do so.
