Clients simply make their booking online via the Blys website or mobile app – and get matched almost instantly with one of the available professionals.

After going through the application and onboarding process, successful professionals are given access to the Blys platform and the Blys Pro app where they receive notifications for new jobs from new clients or rebooking requests from their regular clients.

Blys makes life a lot easier for professionals by handling the less-exciting aspects of your freelance business (marketing, scheduling, payments, invoicing, customer service, ongoing support, workshops, insurance, and admin work) so that you can concentrate on what you love doing – your practice. To be able to provide you with our platform and services, we charge a small fee for every booking you complete through Blys.

As a self-employed professional, you work on your own terms and set your own schedule and coverage area, and are not obliged to accept bookings.

To avoid doubt & to highlight the automated nature of our operations, the process involving making bookings by clients, notifying therapists, confirming appointments and payments and invoices, are all automated and handled by the Blys platform. Blys does not manually manage the bookings unless we're required to do so.
